Fish Cutlets

This delicious gluten-free starter or snack is one that kids are sure to enjoy too.

Serves 4

 
  1. Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a pan and add the onion. Fry until the onion is golden brown in colour.
  2. Tip in the mashed potatoes and mix well.
  3. Add the tuna and cook for a minute.
  4. Add the Garam Masala, Pepper, Ginger, Garlic and Paprika Spice Drops®. Mix again.
  5. Add coriander leaves and the beaten egg; combine to make a fairly smooth mixture.
  6. Allow to cool a little.
  7. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan.
  8. Shape the mixture into 8-12 patties depending on how large you’d like them to be.
  9. Then fry the patties until golden brown on each side.
  10. Serve with a chutney of your choice.
