Duties and taxes for orders outside the UK
Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import VAT, customs duty and a handling fee by your local customs office or courier before delivery. These charges are set by your country, not by us, and are not included in our prices or delivery charges. For orders to the United States, import duty may apply whatever the value of the order. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.
Refused parcels
If you refuse a parcel, we will treat this as cancelling your order. Once the parcel is back with us, we will refund the price of your items and the cost of standard delivery, less the actual cost of the parcel being returned to us.
