Tropical Cooler for Pimm's Cocktail

There are so many different variations you can make with the Spice Drops®. This is a refreshing zesty tropical cooler perfect for a Pimm’s cocktail.

Serves 2

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Juice of 1 large orange

  • Juice of 1 grapefruit

  • 1-2 tsp. of honey, agave or sugar syrup

  • 2 drops Mint Spice Drops®

  • 2 drops Peppermint Spice Drops®

  • 2 drops Lemongrass Spice Drops®

  • Sparkling water

  • Slices of cucumber and sprigs of mint leaves, washed, for garnish

  1. Mix all four juices together in a jug.
  2. Add the honey, agave syrup or the sugar syrup and the Spice Drops® and mix well.
  3. This makes a great drink when mixed half and half with sparkling water and also works brilliantly as the 'lemonade' part for a special Pimm’s cocktail.
  4. Garnish with some slices of cucumber and a sprig of fresh mint.
