Rose & Raspberry Refresher

  • 25ml fresh lemon juice

  • 20ml fresh raspberry puree/6 fresh raspberries.

  • 15ml raspberry syrup/simple syrup

  • 10ml homemade grenadine (pomegranate reduction)

  • 1 drop Rose Spice Drops®

  • Sparking water or soda water to top up.

  • Fresh raspberry/lemon slices, for garnish


INGREDIENTS ALCOHOLIC:

  • 240ml London Dry Gin

  • 15ml raspberry syrup/simple syrup

  • 10ml homemade grenadine (pomegranite reduction)

  • 1 drop Rose Spice Drops®

  • Sparking water or soda water to top up.

  • Fresh raspberry/lemon slices, for garnish

  1. Muddle the raspberries and lemon slices in a glass.
  2. Drop in the ice cubes
  3. Shake all the ingredients together in a shaker, except the sparkling water/ soda water and pour it over the fresh ice.
  4. Top up with the sparkling water or soda water.
