Mulled wine

Serves 4

  • 1 bottle of light, fruity red wine, (Pinot Noir, Grenache, Zinfandel, Gamay)

  • Sugar or sugar syrup to taste

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • Orange or clementine slices, to garnish

  • Per glass - 3 drops of Mulling Spices Spice Drops®

  • Per glass - 2 drops of Orange Spice Drops®

  1. Place the wine, sugar (or sugar syrup) and juice in a saucepan. Heat gently on medium heat. Just before it comes to a boil, turn off the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Add the Mulled Wine Spice Drops® and the Orange Spice Drops® to each glass.
  3. Place a teaspoon in the glass and fill with the wine mixture (the teaspoon helps protect the glass from the heat).
  4. Stir, add orange slice and serve immediately to amaze your guests!
