FOR THE TOFU
- 450g tofu
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup or agave
- 1 tsp cornflour

2 drops Lemongrass Spice Drops

2 drops Garlic Spice Drops
FOR THE STIRFRY
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs fresh citrus juice (lemon, lime or orange)

- 1 lg head of broccoli cut into bite-sized pieced
- half an onion, roughly chopped
- 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 pack of egg noodles or rice noodles
Note: You can use any combination of veg that you have on hand. We sometimes throw in sweet peppers, mushrooms, sliced courgette. Be creative and use stir fry night as an opportunity to reduce waste from your fridge!
