Banana raita

A refreshing raita to accompany naan bread or pulao rice and curry.

  1. Slice the banana into thin slices and apply the lemon juice so that they do not turn black.
  2. Whisk the yogurt to make it smooth and add the salt.
  3. Add in the Spice Drops® and the banana and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle the ground cumin seeds and the coriander leaves.
  5. Serve chilled as an accompaniment to an Indian meal.
