Rose Chocolate Covered Strawberries

A fresh twist on the classic chocolate strawberry made with Holy Lama Spice Drops and Nibble Simply.

  • 120g of Nibble Simply Divinely Dark Madagascan Chocolate Chips400g Fresh strawberries
  • Rose Spice Drops®
  1. Fill a pan with about 2-3cm of water and bring to a simmer.
  2. Place a heatproof bowl on top of the pan, ensuring the bowl is just above the water level.
  3. Pour chocolate into the bowl and stir gradually until melted.
  4. Once melted, take off the heat and drop your Rose Spice Drops in and stir.
  5. Prepare a tray with a sheet of baking paper, dip strawberries in chocolate and place them on the tray to cool in the fridge.
