A simple, yet Marvellous Mocktail
Sometimes you want a drink but don’t want to get all the ingredients out and have the faff of measuring and shaking and all that malarkey. This is the mocktail for such an occasion, it’s delicious, refreshing, the cranberry juice sits just right, and it’ll be ready in no time.

- Mix, add ice, then top up with sparkling water! Garnish with fresh rosemary, if desired.
Lemongrass and Ginger Fizz
This kind of mocktail is designed for a summer’s day, but hear me out… Most of us greet January with a *hello and speed yourself up, please* message, and when the winter feels like it’s lasting too long, there’s nothing better than a summery drink to take you away, especially when it’s guilt-free and non-alcoholic one!
Ingredients
Method
- Pour 100ml of the ginger beer on ice, drop in the Spice Drops® and squeeze the lemon.
- Top up with ginger beer or ginger ale, stir well and serve.
Red Rudolf Mocktail
If you’re not quite ready to move on to the summer recipes, then stick with the old trusty, a festive mocktail worthy of its name. This is a warm mocktail, one to enjoy at home and cosy by the fire.
Ingredients
- 220ml cranberry juice
- 1 tablespoon of orange syrup
- 1-2 drops Cinnamon Spice Drops®
- Sweetened whipped cream (optional)
- A few colour sugar sprinkles, for garnish
Method
- Heat the cranberry juice until it’s quite hot.
- Add the syrup and spice drops into a glass or mug and then slowly add the hot juice.
- Top it with whipped cream and garnish with coloured sugar sprinkles. In the photo, we chose not to add the whipped cream.
Apple and Cinnamon Mocktail
Another winter favourite! The cinnamon and apple flavour blend makes you feel warm and cosy; it’s like drinking Christmas in a cup. A fantastic evening recipe, or a mellower recipe at a family party or gathering with friends. On the non-alcoholic adventure that is Dry January, this is a must.

- 2 drops Cinnamon Spice Drops® (use 1 if you only want a light cinnamon flavour)

- 1 drop Cinnamon Spice Drops®
- 1 tsp sugar, large granulated would work best
- Apple slices, to garnish
Method
- To decorate the cocktail glass, rub the rim of the glass with the agave syrup.
- Combine the Spice Drops® and sugar on a plate and roll the rim of the glass in the sugar mixture.
- Combine the syrup, apple juice, and the Cinnamon Spice Drops®, and the remaining sugar mixture, in a cocktail shaker with the ice cubes.
