Coconut water & Fennel Mocktail

- 50ml Coconut Water (good quality)
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 15ml/18ml simple syrup (sugar:water - 1:1)
- 2 drops of Fennel Spice Drops®
- Sprig of mint and slice of lime, for garnish
- Ice cubes
- Short shake all the ingredients in a shaker and strain and pour into your cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the lime and mint.
