Oat, Banana and Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Serves 1

  • 160g flour

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 vegan or regular egg

  • Soy, coconut, or cashew milk

  • 1 tbsp plain flour

  • 4 drops Vanilla Spice Drops®

  • 2 drop Cinnamon Spice Drops®

  • Handful choc chips

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Heat up a pan & drizzle a small amount of oil.
  3. Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto the heated pan.
  4. Flip once you see bubbles forming and cook until golden.
