Rosemary has intense, fragrant aroma which can be paired with most meat dishes but also with fish and bean dishes.

This Mediterranean herb is used extensively in French, Spanish and Italian cooking. Rosemary was prized by the Greeks for being good for the brain. A few drops of the Spice Drops® go a long way in adding the beautiful notes of this aromatic herb.
DESCRIPTION

WHY NOT TRY:

Rosemary and Sea Salt Chocolate Thins: Melt 125g 70% chocolate. Stir in 3-4 drops of Rosemary Spice Drops. Spread very thinly on parchment. Sprinkle with 30g toasted almonds and a generous sprinkling of sea salt. Leave to set then break into pieces.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

For best results use in the final stages of preparation or just before serving. For drinks, add the drop(s) first in the container and pour the drink on top. Shake well before use. If stored correctly, it stays fresh for up to 3 years from the manufacturing date.
