WHY NOT TRY:
- Rose Scented Peaches: 2 fresh peaches halved, mix 100ml sugar syrup with 10 Rose Spice Drops®. Bring the syrup to a simmering point. Poach peaches for 5 mins in the syrup and allow to cool. Serve just warm with honeyed yoghurt.
- Peppermint Creams: 225g icing sugar, 1 egg white lightly beaten, 10 drops Peppermint Spice Drops®. Sift icing sugar, and add drops to half of the egg white. Mix egg with icing sugar to form a thick paste. Roll to desired thickness. Use a cutter or roll into balls. Allow to dry.
- 3 drops per serving in chicken (or vegetable) broth for a comforting soup. Boil 75ml water, and 150g caster sugar (10 mins). Cool and add 7- 8 drops of Lemongrass Spice Drops®. Pour over warm chocolate cake.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
For best results, use it in the final stages of preparation or just before serving. For drinks, add the drop(s) first in the container and pour the drink on top. Shake well before use. If stored correctly, stays fresh for up to 3 years shelf from the manufacturing date.

Peppermint: 1 drop = 12 peppermint leaves
Rose: 1 drop = ½ tsp rosewater
