Clove Extract has a wonderful flavour. The extraction process we use captures all the flavour which ground cloves can rarely match. Clove is often used together with cinnamon and cardamom and is traditionally a winter spice. However, it goes really well with carrots and fruits such as orange and rhubarb. DESCRIPTION

WHY NOT TRY:

A marinade for beetroot: combine wine vinegar, sugar, orange zest, and 3 drops of Clove Spice Drops® add to sliced cooked beetroot and leave for 2 hours. A quick and easy side dish.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

For best results use Clove Extract in the final stages of preparation or just before serving. For drinks, add the drop(s) first in the container and pour the drink on top. Shake well before use. If stored correctly, stays fresh for up to 3 years shelf from the manufacturing date. We guarantee at least 6 months of shelf life on all our products.
