The chakras are the seven energy centres within the body that are believed to govern our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Balancing and aligning these chakras is believed to promote overall well-being, harmony, and a greater sense of self-awareness.
DESCRIPTION

Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) - Located on the top of the head, the Crown Chakra represents our connection to the divine, higher consciousness and spiritual enlightenment. It influences our sense of purpose, spirituality and ability to experience unity with the universe.

Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) - Located in the center of the forehead, between the eyebrows, the Third Eye Chakra is associated with intuition, perception and spiritual awareness. It governs our inner wisdom, imagination and the ability to trust our instincts.

Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) - Located in the throat region, the Throat Chakra is associated with communication, self-expression and authenticity. It influences our ability to speak our truth, express ourselves creatively and listen actively.

Heart chakra (Anahata) - Located in the center of the chest, the Heart Chakra is associated with love, compassion and emotional balance. It governs our ability to give and receive love, foster harmonious relationships and experience a deep connection with others.

Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) - Located in the upper abdomen, the Solar Plexus Chakra is associated with our personal power, self-confidence and sense of identity. It influences our willpower, decision making and ability to take action.

Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) - Located in the lower abdomen, the Sacral Chakra is associated with our creativity, sexuality and emotions. It governs our ability to experience pleasure, embrace change and form healthy relationships.

Root Chakra (Muladhara) - Located at the base of the spine, the Root Chakra represents our foundation, stability and connection to the Earth. It is associated with feelings of grounding, security and survival instincts.

All of Holy Lama's soaps are deep cleansing soaps and we recommend using our Body cream or Body lotion to moisture, after use.
