Cardamom Extract is a wonderful addition to both savoury and sweet dishes. We use cardamom from Kerala and South India which has the best flavour and a little goes a long way. It works especially well in rice dishes (sweet and savoury), with fish and combines well with chocolate and coffee.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

For best results use Cardamom Extract in the final stages of preparation or just before serving. For drinks, add the Cardamom Extract drop(s) first in the container and pour the drink on top. Shake well before use. If stored correctly, stays fresh for up to 3 years shelf from manufacturing date.
