These beautiful traditional Tibetan TingshaBells, Cymbals are handmade in India. They come in an organic cotton pouch and the two cymbals are joined together by a cotton string. The sound and vibrations promote a relaxed state, ideal for deep meditation, relaxation and inspiration! The Cymbals are engraved with auspicious symbols. Legend has it that this singing bowl is made of a sublime alloy of seven metals, each linked to a star.
DESCRIPTION

The cymbals are struck together to produce a clear and high pitched tone. The tone can be soft or loud depending on the force you use. Today, tingsha are used along with singing bowls and other instruments in meditation, music and sound healing.

Our Tibetan tingsha (cymbals) are used for yoga, meditation and spiritual healing by energy healers and spirituality practitioners. The sound and vibrations promote a relaxed state perfect for deep meditation, creative thinking and intuitive messages. It is believed that the healing sounds reduce stress and promote spiritual, mental and physical healing.

Each handmade tingsha is hand-inspected and tested to ensure perfect sound quality.
