Ingredients:
  • Curry leaves
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • Cumin Spice Drops®
  • Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Pasta
  • Grated vegan cheddar cheese
  1. Stir fry a few curry leaves, some garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add 1 carrot and 1 small potato both finely cubed.
  3. After 5 minutes, add cumin spice drops, turmeric, and salt.
  4. Once the potato is nearly cooked, add the cooked pasta and finely grated cheddar.
