  • 1 can of chickpeas (250g drained)
  • 1/2 cup of garden peas
  • 2 tbsp of Thai green paste 
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 150g coconut milk
  • 5 fresh basil leaves

Method:

Blend all together and serve with your favoured dipping bread/cracker/pitta.
