Coriander seed is aromatic, with a slight citrus flavor. It goes well with beef, lamb, chicken and game, root vegetables (such as carrots and potatoes) spinach, and kale, and is very versatile in cakes and biscuits. Coriander seed is often used with cumin, and is a key spice in both garam masala and harissa. GREAT TASTE AWARD WINNER 2016 – 1 GOLD STAR.

DESCRIPTION

WHY NOT TRY:

Melt 1 oz butter or olive oil and add 3 drops for a delicious dressing for warm new potatoes or on mixed spiralized vegetables (carrots, butternut squash, courgettes).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

For best results, use it in the final stages of preparation or just before serving. For drinks, add the drop(s) first in the container and pour the drink on top. Shake well before use. If stored correctly, stays fresh for up to 3 years shelf from the manufacturing date. We guarantee at least 6 months of shelf life on all our products.
