Ingredients:
- 1 large handful of baby spinach leaves
- ½ ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
- 1 ripe kiwi, peeled and chopped
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and chopped
- 300 ml almond milk or low fat milk.
- 2 tsps. honey
- Crushed ice
- 3 drops Cinnamon Spice Drops®
- 1 drop Turmeric Spice Drops®
- 1 drop Mint Spice Drops®️
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and evenly mixed.
- You can garnish this smoothie with a pinch of chia seeds.
