INGREDIENTSMETHOD
Ingredients:
  • 20ml fresh squeezed lemon juice 
  • 15ml rich Demerara syrup (2:1 ratio)
  • Half a kiwi
  • 8-10 mint leaves 
  • 60ml Seedlip Grove 42
  • 3 drops Mint Spice Drops 
  • 1 drop Lavender Spice Drops
  • 1 Egg white 
  • Lime twist and maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer 
  1. Mix lemon juice and demerara syrup (2:1 ratio)
  2. Add half a kiwi and middle vigorously
  3. Add 8-10 mint leaves and middle lightly 
  4. Add 60ml seedlip citrus, Spice Drops & egg white
  5. Dry shake then add ice and shake again 
  6. Strain over a large ice cube into a rocks glass 
  7. Garnish with the lime twist and maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer 
  8. Cover half the drink with charcoal powder 
  9. Mint leaf in the middle 
  10. Drops of butterfly pea syrup on top and swished with a cocktail stick to make hearts
