A refreshing raita to accompany naan bread or pulao rice and curry.
INGREDIENTSMETHOD
Ingredients:
- 1 large banana
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp natural yogurt
- A pinch of salt
- 3 drops Red Chilli Spice Drops®
- 4 drops Cardamom Spice Drops®
- A pinch of ground cumin seeds
- A few washed and chopped coriander leaves, for garnish
- Slice the banana into thin slices and apply the lemon juice so that they do not turn black.
- Whisk the yogurt to make it smooth and add the salt.
- Add in the Spice Drops® and the banana and mix well.
- Sprinkle the ground cumin seeds and the coriander leaves.
- Serve chilled as an accompaniment to an Indian meal.
