Saffron and Spices Spice Drops® is a ready-to-use mix of saffron, cardamom and nutmeg. This classic spice mixture is used to make shrikhand – a silky-smooth Indian pudding which dates back to 400BC.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For best results, use in the final stages of preparation or just before serving. For drinks, add the drop(s) first in the container and pour the drink on top. Shake well before use. If stored correctly, stays fresh for up to 3 years shelf from manufacturing date.

WHY NOT TRY? RECIPE: SHRIKHAND (INDIAN YOGURT-BASED DESSERT)
Tie 500g full-fat Greek-style yoghurtup in a muslin cloth and allow to drain over a bowl in the fridge overnight. Gently squeeze to remove any whey. Tip into a large bowl and mix with 75g sifted icing sugar. Add 8-10 drops Saffron and Spices Spice Drops®, and stir well. Chill for at least 2 hours, and serve garnished with nuts.MORE RECIPE IDEAS >
