ASAFOETIDA SPICE EXTRACT – one gold star winner Great Taste Award – 2017

Ground asafoetida requires cooking with oil. With Spice Drops®, no cooking is required to achieve a mellow flavor similar to that of onions and garlic. In Asian and Middle Eastern dishes, asafoetida is used widely in dishes containing beans and pulses to aid digestion and reduce the ‘after effects’.

Spice Drops® are concentrated extracts that retain all the natural goodness and authentic taste of the herbs, fruits and flowers.
